This was the announcement that came out yesterday announcing my new role in the co.

Judith, I and the boys will still be in SF, but I will be in So Ca more often for meeting at our Tustin Co. headquarters.

“Dan Hoban will be appointed to SVP  Wine Strategy – California. In this role, Dan will oversee strategic wine channels of distribution for the state. Dan has been with Young’s since 2010 and was most recently the VP of Programing – Northern California. Dan will continue to reside in Northern California with his wife and two children”

As Senior Vice President, Wine Strategy - California, Dan manages the Young's Market Company supplier network and establishes pricing, programming and sales direction. Dan joined Young's Market Company in October of 2010 bringing 13 years of experience in wine sales. Throughout that time he developed vast industry knowledge while working in sales and leadership positions at Seagram Chateau & Estate Wines/Diageo, Ste. Michelle Wine Estates and Pernod Ricard USA. Dan has earned his bachelor degree at San Francisco State in Hospitality Management and The Court of Master Sommeliers level one certificate.
