This is what I posted Sunday Dec 2: What a day! We all surprised my mom, everyone (siblings) who were available, showed up for 9:30 mass today. The look on her face was priceless, so sorry it was in church and I didn't think fast enough to catch it. Bridget and Jason & kids sat right in the middle so Mike & I sat with them, Dick & Char were right behind us. So dad sat with us, just waiting for mom to notice he was not where they usually sit. Then as everyone else came in she was speechless.Love you MOM Sheila Hoban, Happy Birthday!! After mass we went to the newly opened Hopscotch, downtown in the old train station. Brunch was had by all. While we all visited we had a great time checking out the table decorations. KD had a pile of old photos printed to remember Mom's last 75 years. She spread them out on all the tables, you can see some of them in the pictures. They were the hit of the party.
