Mothers Day Weekend

The weekend was a very busy on for all the mothers in the Hoban family, so first I'll honor our beautiful mother: Sheila, mom is the best, she still is very active in her children lives, always willing to child sit and she's the best support a kid could have. She always has a kiss & a hug for you. We love you! This year she shared the weekend with Liam & Tim: Saturday May 7, Liam James made his First Communion, as you can see it was quite the gathering and Dan & Judith were in from San Fransisco.
The Shannon Family,

After the ceremony there was a BBQ & pool party,

Corrinne & Uncle Dan

Mom Lisa, Jackson & Aunt Judith

THEN on Sunday, it was a surprise party for Tim. Hosted by his beautiful family, Supriya, Roshan & Jahan....

Yes he was very surprised,

Cake time,

and a shot of some of the cousins that we all love......

Dinner of the month club.

June belongs to the Hartwick's. For any one new at following this blog, the Dinner of the Month club is the siblings Christmas gift to Mom & Dad. Once a month, a different child hosts them for dinner, just so we can share some special time with them.

news and more news

After a wonderful weekend camping with the family, there are a few birthdays to announce: The birthday boys of June, we did celebrate their birthday at the party on Saturday.
June 1 was Ken's 48Th birthday, I'm sure he spent it in low gear after the weekend with the crowd. This photo shows Ken (in blue shirt) ready to go on the 1/2 hour hike to find the Geo Treasure & they found it, 2 hours later. But the kids always love Uncle Kens outings. So we hope you had a great day. And June 2nd was Dad's 75th. We had singing at the campfire every night, he loved it. This is a shot of Dad with his grandson Ryan. (They thought it was funny.) Many more happy returns Daddy, we all love you bunches......

Lyla's Baptism

Baptism Announcement: Lyla Kay will be Baptised on Sunday June 20, 2:30PM at St.Phillip's Church in Fullerton. Jerome & Lisa invite you all, but it will start on time so come a little early to catch a seat.

Graduation day

Let me introduce our newest Graduate...Mr. Kenton W. Hartwick. On June 4 the graduating class of Needles High School took to the field for one last walk. Eileen posted "Kent was the Senior (male) athlete of the year award and the Wendy's high school Heisman award. We guess he was the only male scholar/athlete in his class, most only fall into one of those categories. He makes us so proud." The Class of 2010 is on their way to College. Kenton is going to go to Cal State Long Beach in the Engineering program. These photos are part of his senior photo session with (cousin) Nick Wisda.
This is Kent doing what he likes best and he's one of the best at doing it.

Congratulations Kenton, best of luck in the next 4 years!
