Dan's doings

The dinner of the month club is hosted by Dan & Judith this month. On Wednesday, 3-17 Dan & Judith flew into town; Mom , Dad & Aunt Marion picked them up in time for dinner. A little family, a little business and a weekend spent at the UP house. Not sure how long they will be in town, but mom & dad always enjoy their visits.

Hoban Happenings

The family gathering at the Hoban house was full of family and loads of cousins. Here's Nan & Papa Tom with all the grandkids that were present. After this shot, Denise & Jim pulled in with Jimmy & Kevin, so we said grace & lined up for the food. Eileen & Kenton and Cindy with Lyla. Braden & Nick, sorry some of these are out of order.

Dane Dances again!

On Saturday, March 13, Dane & Sam went to the Sadie Hawkins Dance (it was called girl date in my day). They had to dress as opposites, so Dane was the lifeguard & Sam the struggling swimmer. They had a fun time. Next is the prom??

Danya's Doings

as March roars into springtime, the Hoban's have a few special days. Dan's day is on the 10th, on the 11th, Miss Danya had her 15th Birthday. She shares the day with cousin Bri (10yr) but this year she shared the evening with all her grandparents and Aunt Marion.
On the 12th was Corrinne's 7th. On the 14th was Marietta's & the 18th is Ryan's, they'll be 28.

Danya is in the Spring production of "Grease", at her new high school this year. So we are posting the dates, if you would like a ticket please call Chery.

News Scoop, News Scoop, News Scoop!!

Shawn & Marietta are moving back to California. Shawn has been promoted to Auto Damage Supervisor in the San Fransisco area. They will be living in or around San Jose. So a trip out in April will have them checking out rentals/apartments. He still gets his vacation at the end of May, so hopefully they will be with us on the Hoban Campout at Lake Skinner. Scheduled to start the new job the first week in June. YEA!! We are so glad to have them back on the west coast. Now Marietta's parents will have another warm spot to vacation at. And they will be half way between her brother Pat(& family) and her sister Julia.

Danya's doings

She goes to school each day like every other high school freshman, before and after school she is on the flag team. Here are some shots of her in Winter Guard, She’ll be in San Diego 3-20 and South County Tesaro 3-27. You go girl!! Keep up the good work.

spring in the air

Saturday the Eakle house was the meeting spot,(halfway) for a gathering with Aunt Marion & Aunt Janet and Mom. We had a wonderful lunch then went to the Watts to tour their new house(the aunts had not see it yet)It was a fun afternoon, a little gloomy outside . Mom brought these flowers from her garden to brighten up the afternoon. they are so pretty and smell good too. Thought I'd share them with you .
